  • I bought a Tiguan. I experienced issues with one of the dashboard lights (ACC). I brought it back on the 2nd day of having bought it, and was directed to your son. I went to his location and explained the issue. I waited outside while a mechanic checked. I saw the mechanic leave, so I decided to go inside the office and ask if he had found the issue. He said he needed to order the part and that I would have to pay for it. I said that’s fine. So, he told me to wait as he calculated the cost and labor. I went back outside to wait. After about 30 minutes, I decided to go back in since it was taking too long. That’s when he says he can't find the part and looks back at his computer. He had dismissed me, but didn’t even bother to let me know. I felt humiliated by the way I had been treated. I felt very angry but left quietly. I later received a text from the salesperson who had helped me with the purchase, and he directed me to go to Dynasty Collision. I went there, and they said they could only look at it, but I would have to pay, since Buy Right did not want to pay. I told them that’s fine and asked them to go ahead and fix it. They did, and I took care of it. I am not sure what type of clients you typically work with, but I would like to let you know that not all clients come looking for trouble. I just wanted my brand-new car fixed. But I was not treated with respect just because I encountered an issue. The salesperson treated me with dignity and respect, but not your son. He has a very demeaning attitude.

  • Juanita the "Manager " was completely disrespectful and does not deserve to work as a sales worker. Customer service is absolutely shit and I simply came in and offered a price, I was laughed in my face and hung up on, then I call back and ask for the manager and hear she is the manager, im appalled at the managers behavior especially for a car salesman. Just because she didnt like my offer, that warranted shitty behavior on her part? Absolutely not. What part about asking if someone would take this price on a car is offensive? Especially if you dont even own the car. Get real just say no and give a counter offer. This whole interaction could have been avoided by simply counteroffering.

  • I’ve never had a better experience buying a car than from these guys. Unbelievable cars and not pushy salesmen. No crazy add ons or fees. It was extremely painless and no stress to buy my car. I will recommend these guys to anyone I know in the market for a car.
