  I had been shopping around for a Fiat 500 Abarth for several months and selected a handful that I wanted to test drive. Art called me soon after I expressed interest in the vehicle. I told him that I wanted to take the car to a mechanic nearby for an inspection during the test drive which he said was totally fine. When I saw it, I loved the car! The inspection showed that some issues with the car needed to be addressed. When I returned from the test drive I informed Art and he said they would take care of the repairs, no problem. He didn't pressure me, instead he said he would give me a call when the repairs were completed. About a week later I returned and drove the car again and decided to make a deal. Art worked with me on offering a price that I felt was a good deal and I moved forward. The first day I had the vehicle I had an issue with the radiator fan that made the car indriveable. Art said no problem, have it towed back and we'll fix it! A few days later they had it ready for me to pick up. I decided to drive it straight to my mechanic to have the repair inspected and a pressure test performed on the engine and cooling system to ensure that there were no other major issues with the car. Everything checked out! I've now had the car for about six weeks with no further issue. I love driving it, it's cute and fun and I always get compliments on how great it looks! I think what's most important here is that even though the car wasn't perfect, Romcar gave me a great deal and took accountability for making sure the car was repaired and in good shape for me to drive. They probably could have easily said it wasn't their problem but Art gave me his word when we made the deal that if the car had issues all I had to do was bring it in and they would fix it and he stood by his word! I appreciate their honesty and accountability. Thanks Art, I love my car!
