  I have purchased several cars from First Marshall auto auction ,for my little lot and the franchise stores I have worked for in the past. The staff is top shelf. They have good cars. But the customer service is always the best part about working with First Marshall auto auction. From khely to Mike to the ladies in the office to drivers and mechanics out back, I am always made to feel like I am truly important to their business. They have truly been a blessing for mine.

  My brother purchased a car from this place. Why? I don't know. They only let you walk around the car. You can't turn the car on, look under the hood or check the mileage. The cars are sold by there looks. His car engine was knocking right after pulling the car off the lot and when he stopped for gas the car died. They have, as of now, refused to work with him to resolve this issue. So, he stands in front of the auction warning others about their 🍋.

  I bought a 14 Nissan for 3k from them and its a whole year later this month and it's still running really good, with proper maintenance (oil changes, tuneup, tire rotations etc.) They have good cars but just remember you get what you pay for so if you walk in there with $800 to get a car don't be surprised at the end results. I wish they would change the way they sell the cars. The auction takes too long and they don't let you start your check out Process until everyone in the room has decided on a vehicle For example if it's 45 people in the room, you have to wait in line that part sucks!!! I wish we could just walk in and see the car we want and purchase it, not have to wait on 70 people to make a decision because some end up not even purchasing a car.. So if you don't have time to wait around, don't come Because they will not let you check out until everyone is finished 😫
