This place has the worst customer service that I have experienced since 1991; the year I moved to San Diego. I had to arrange delivery of a new fridge and everyone I dealt with was rude. Delivery didn’t show up for the first appointment and the second appointment they just showed up. Calling only after the delivery truck had left my neighborhood.
Great customer service. Good prices and installation was fast and carefully handled. Second item I have purchased from them. Haven’t disappointed me yet.
JP has always been reliable and professional in their deliveries and installation.
