  I wish I could give this dealership zero stars. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. I recently purchased a car from them, and within days of driving off the lot, I started experiencing serious issues. The car they sold me was clearly not in the “excellent” condition they claimed it was, and it has been one problem after another since the sale. When I tried to reach out to the dealership for support, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The salesman was so eager to make the sale was suddenly nowhere to be found, and the service department seemed completely uninterested in helping me resolve these issues. I feel like I was completely misled about the car’s condition, and the lack of customer service I received after the sale just made it worse. Buying a car should be an exciting experience, but this dealership has turned it into a complete disaster. I’ve had to spend more money on repairs than I ever expected, and I regret ever setting foot in their showroom. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs. They’re more interested in making a quick sale than in ensuring their customers drive away in safe, reliable vehicles. CHANGE YOUR NAME FROM SUCCESS TO A MESS!!!!!

  I do not believe in tearing down Black businesses, but this is by far the worst car lot I’ve ever dealt with. Success Auto is definitely not college-student friendly. They auction cars, do the bare minimum to make them look “fixed,” then sell them for profit. The very first day I bought my car, it broke down. I didn’t have it for a week. They claimed to fix the issue, but the same problem came back. Recently, they said they fixed my car again, added extra work I never asked for, and tried to charge me for it. Even after that, my car is still breaking down. The owner told me I could pay or not pay for my water pump being “fixed,” but that was a lie — it was never fixed, and now my car belt has fallen off. On top of that, I strongly feel like something was stolen from my car while it was in their possession. Whether it was shoes or other belongings, things went missing. Do not buy a car from this place. Once they get your money, they do not care about you. They are rude, unprofessional, scammers, and thieves. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

  it sucks so bad to write this , when i first got my car from here it needed a lot of work and i ended up spending at least 3k on parts ALONE. although it was a lot i recommended my friend to get a car from here as well because he didn’t have a co-signer and i knew they could get him in something. Long story short his car stops at every red light and he has to turn it off and back on. he hasn’t even had the car a year… they charged him 250 to fix the problem just for it not to be fixed and for them to give him an oil change he DIDNT ask for and tried to make him pay. they kept his car for a whole week, they lied and said they fixed the water pump and lied about fixing the original issue. overall, i wouldn’t recommend you getting a car from here even if you were in desperate need for one, you’d end up spending just as much money on maintenance as the cost of your car if the car even runs …
