  • I had a warranty issue with an LG fridge related to our freezer handle. I purchased a replacement handle from A Plus Appliance from Ebay, and I just want you to know they went way above and beyond the call of duty to do their best to fix me up. Their service is great and their pricing is very good as well. Good folks!

  • The dryer (used, old but good) was bought on a Tuesday, with delivery promised the same or next day. It was delivered on Thursday. Not a problem, food is not spoiling. The problem was in the installation. The flexible tubing was pushed onto the dryer vent without a clamp. Sure enough, it came off shortly after the dryer was turned on. Unfortunately, that was shortly after the installer had departed. Five stars for the dryer, one star for the installation.

  • The only thing I’ll say is the upselling is craaazy! The employee told me that the most dented one I saw was the brand everyone there gets..it was a good price so I got it..failed to mention the dryer has an end of cycle train horn that can be heard from miles away.. just be careful and do your own research if you come here and don’t take advice because they’re just trying to make a sale. Oh and read the warranty really well!
