Willie took about 45 minutes of his own time to give me a free ‘ learning how to drive a manual car’. He was very patient and informative and taught me how to drive the manual car! I was skeptical about buying from a used car sales lot but I was blessed in my experience. Willie was really really great, he was kind, patient, highly professional, as a woman buying a car he made me feel safe and comfortable. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and ensure that I felt confident in my decision. The car, a 2002 Ford Escape, has been extremely reliable and only requires routine maintenance in accordance with its age and miles (ex: clutch replace when it was time). It’s been my about town car, my long haul commuter, my off roader, and my cross country road tripper and has never left me stranded. Thank you Beyer Enterprise and thank you Willie!!
