  My experience with Uptown Motors was more than extraordinary. Daniel, the owner of Uptown Motors, gave me what felt like personalized care and treatment. This was my first car accident in my life, and so I was nervous about all the details of what was next with the insurance company, the car rental, etc. Daniel offered to help me with it all. Daniel answers the phone every time that I called him. He personally gave me updates about my vehicle as progress was made. Daniel offered to help with transportation to and from the car rental agency if needed, and he made sure he'd be personally when I picked my car up. Daniel is patient, knowledgeable, and explains car talk at my level, so I understood everything. When I picked my car up, he had it washed, tires were shined, and inside was clean. Oh yeah, the body work on my vehicle was gorgeous. Crisp, clean, straight, shiny, and did I say clean? Don't be fooled by how small the shop is. The work and personalized treatment that they produce is priceless and better than any dealership I've dealt with. I'm already planning on taking my vehicle back for a paint job on hood. Highly highly recommend Uptown Motors. You will not be disappointed.
