  • I went there for my car's inspection; the first person I encountered was very polite and said he would handle it. However, the person I dealt with the next day ed was very cold and rude. He stated that the parking brake wasn't holding; I wanted to take the car back to the repair shop and then return for the inspection, but he told me not to bring the car back at all, claiming the issue wouldn't be resolved. I cannot understand how such disrespectful and rude people hold these jobs; they have no respect for their work or for people. I, too, have been serving people and working in this field for years; no matter how many problems I faced in my personal life or with my family, I never treated a customer that way.

  • Henry was simply phenomenal. I got my dream car for an amazing price. No additional fees or hidden charges. I was able to get it no hassle. GLS 550 black on chocolate. Henry is one of the last honest car dealers I have ever dealt with. I appreciate what he did for me. Will definitely do business with him for my family and friends!!!!!

  • 1 star not for service but price. Service is good but work is over priced. Fail nj dmv inspection brought report with trouble code. Charged 150 dollar for diagnosis which I understand if I didnt do the work with then they didnt tell me diagnosis would be charged whether work was done here or elsewhere. I think its pretty customary if you do the work there places waive the diagnosis fee. Charged 300 dollars for mass air flow sensor. Charged 250 for labor for installing the sensor. 700 dollars for mass air flow sensor I wouldn't have mind as much but would not waive the diagnosis fee. Will not use again they were recommended by another mechanic who thought I might need a smoke test.
