  • Advanti took such great care of us! We love this store, we drove over an hour after tons of research to get the golf cart we desired. The cart was exactly what we wanted, great price, and warranty. After we got it home we noticed the cart came with a seat belt that wasnt quit right, I called them up and they came to our home to swap it out no questions asked within a day. The customer service is top notch. I had tons of questions and they were patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I will be back for my next toy soon!   • So I have had this bike for a year. During the last year, it has been nothing but issues. I had to have the carb rebuilt (by a professional shop and they stated the carb was screwed to begin with) and then replaced within the first month. Then the kickstart was jacked up, then more issues on top of issues. This bike has roughly 15 maybe 20 hours on it and even then, every ride had a problem. My friend bought her sons first bike from here as well.. nothing but issues, to the point where she got rid of it and bought a used one somewhere else. I would not recommend buying a bike from this shop.

  • UPDATE: Owner just called us back pissed off about my review, he cancelled our warranty with them and said he will not order the decal kit for us anymore! The outside appearance has nothing to do with what was cause under it! The quad was purchased on March 16th the accident was caused 3 days later and I dropped off the quad March 23th not 3 weeks later! And what does putting what was wrong with my quad have anything to do with the way they took care of it at their shop!? He cancels my warranty because he was neglectful. I was not told it would be kept outside! UPDATE #2: The owner WAS going to see about decal stickers for me but once he read my review the 1st time he called my husband and was upset about my review said he was NOT going to find out about the decal anymore! I’m updating “dates” because the owner originally said I took my quad to him 3 weeks later after the incident which wasn’t true! I’m correcting his error and he doesn’t like it. That’s why I’ve been updating this review. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The first picture is the new quad I purchased. Three days later I had to take it back in for repairs I caused. It was in the shop for about 2 months because parts were on back order. When my husband picked up June 7, 2024 the decal was faded as well as the seat. When I called, the owner was a jerk and tried gaslighting me telling me well you crashed it and we fixed it. There’s nothing we can do, we have so many in the shop we can’t cover them. I requested if they can get me a decal kit at least which he said I will try.
