Tim sold me a vehicle with severe frame rot that is completely unsafe to operate. Refuses to rectify the situation. Completely unfamiliar with federal and state laws regarding automotive sales. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This was the best interaction with a car sales person in a long time in my car buying career. Tim was great and had patients throughout the car buying process. I love my 2004 Lexus RX 330. I have always bought new cars and this is my first time buying used. If I need to buy another used car I would return to Apollo Auto Simi Valley. Thanks Tim 😊
