  • BUYER BEWARE — My experience with this dealership I purchased a 2014 Audi Q5 from this dealership, and only about 16 days after the purchase, I discovered a serious mechanical problem. After taking the vehicle for service, I was informed by a mechanic that the vehicle has a major issue involving coolant mixing with the engine oil. I also took the vehicle to Audi West Palm Beach, and I provided the dealership with documentation regarding the mechanical issue. I contacted the dealership and asked them to address the situation, but they have not responded to my emails. Because the vehicle is financed, I also contacted Western Funding to formally report the dealership issue. Western Funding confirmed that they received my complaint and opened Ticket #1916378. I am sharing my experience so potential buyers can do their own due diligence before purchasing a vehicle here. Please get an independent inspection and make sure you fully understand the vehicle’s condition and all warranty/financing documents before signing. I am keeping all inspection reports, repair documentation, emails, and other records related to this purchase. I am not asking anyone to take my word for it just do your research and have the vehicle independently inspected before buying.
