  I’m a returning customer of this store. I have purchased multiple pieces of furniture and mattresses here over the past 15 years. After reading some negative comments online, I felt it was important to share my real experience. I recently purchased the VANITII Hollywood Vanity Mirror – Full Length Vanity Mirror with Bluetooth Speaker, and I am genuinely impressed. The mirror is absolutely stunning. The adjustable lights create a soft, romantic glow, the Bluetooth speaker adds a fun and relaxing atmosphere, and the full-length design truly elevates the entire room. It’s not just a mirror — it completely upgrades the vibe of the space. I love it. Now, about the store and service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally. The team was attentive but never pushy. What stood out most is that they don’t simply push the most expensive items, nor do they automatically steer customers toward the cheapest options. They genuinely try to understand your needs and your budget, and then recommend something that makes sense — a balanced solution between what you want and what you’re financially comfortable with. That approach felt honest and responsible. Regarding financing — this part is important. They clearly explain the main terms of the financing options, such as 12 months no interest, 3 months no interest, or longer-term plans like 18 months with interest. They will ask which type of financing you would like to apply for. Most importantly, they never force you to apply for financing. If you don’t want to apply, you simply don’t. It is entirely the customer’s choice. Approval decisions are made by the finance company, not the store. From my experience, there was absolutely no pressure. Delivery was smooth and professional. They politely asked whether I would like them to help discard the cardboard packaging, which made everything much more convenient and stress-free. Small details like that show consideration for the customer’s overall experience. Every customer’s experience may be different, but mine was organized, transparent, respectful, and positive from start to finish. Great product. Fair pricing. Honest service. I am very happy with my purchase and would confidently recommend this store.

  When I was researching Furniture stores on Watt Avenue near I-80, Furniture Mart showed up on my research. I decided to check them out since they are not far from where I am. The store looks pretty old from the outside. However, the furniture is laid out and grouped. It is easy to find what I’m looking for. The prices are clearly marked on all items and are comparable to those at other furniture stores in the area.

  Walked into the store greeted by David very lazy was laying on the couch. Many have told me before watch this place had the item I wanted on OfferUp only to tell me it was more in person drove over half an hour to come to this location a lot of of Furniture disorganized and very dirty. The Asian husband and wife are very rude and want to run my credit every five minutes for applying for finance. Don’t recommend this place at all. Beware their yelp reviews. Tell it all also. You can find the same items they carry take a picture of the SKU number and the vendor it’s from and type it into Google and find it much cheaper. That’s what we did.
