  I can't thank this shop enough! I came in with a damaged iPad right before a road trip, and they really went above and beyond. Even on the 4th of July, with a packed schedule, they were kind enough to squeeze me in. The repair was top-notch, and my iPad is back in perfect condition. It was the best way to wrap up our vacation! I’ll definitely be a returning customer whenever I'm in the area.

  My daughter was a in a car accident and her phone ended up in a pool of dutch brothers frozen shark attack. Being a teenager who works, she relies on her phone for EVERYTHING. We purchased her a new phone and hoped to be able to transfer the data from her old phone. Since it had been submerged in sugary slushy that proved to be an impossible task. We took her phone to Gadgetmates and they were extremely honest with us telling us the possibility of data recovery was slim but they would try. Jose, is truly a miracle worker. Not only was he able to recover her data he was able to put it all on the new phone. I do not know how he did it, but he truly is a master of his craft. In a week where my daughters world felt like it was imploding, being able to have her phone recovered is the biggest win for her right now. The kindness and compassion all of the staff at Gadgemates has show us over the last two days, and the impeccable work done by Jose and the team there is truly a gem here in Las Vegas. I cannot recommend them enough, and we will absolutely go back anytime we are in need. Thank you Jose, and Gadgemates for your kindness and your master craftsmanship.

  My first time at Gadget Mates I asked for a power cord and cables for a Wii I knew it was along shot but low key I was desperately needing them for my goddaughter that I told her I got a Wii for her n she was excited to play me, on the way home I noticed there was no cords or sensor bar so I went here and they went above and beyond with customer service they’re other location were the cords at was closed so the guy told me he’ll have someone to meet meet there for the cords even tho they were closed I was shocked to hear that especially on a Sunday and they didn’t know the backstory of my situation. They deserve 100stars ain’t no other place did that for me
