I had a very nice shopping experience at American Furniture. The staff helped me patiently to choose the right items and explained everything clearly. The furniture looks beautiful and feels solid. Delivery and setup were smooth. Will definitely come back!
Very friendly. Loved that the staff said hello when they saw us but let us just walk in and meander around to look and didn’t rush us or make us feel pressured. When we finally inquired for assistance, Rami was very knowledgeable about products we asked about and process for purchasing and was extremely helpful. He informed us of available ways we could purchase with financing and the pros and cons of each way. He was very well informed and professional appreciated his help very much.
I had a great experience at American furniture from the moment I walk in through the doors they greeted us right away. I was fortunate enough to get Michelle as the sales representative. She is Extremely helpful showed us everything around, gave us a lot of options and was able to help us out with everything we needed we will definitely be going back.
