  I was looking for a vehicle. When I was on offer up just browsing, I came across a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. I was viewing the pictures and I feel in love with it. My son and I meet at the dealership and we both drove it and it drove very smooth as if it was brand new. My son liked it as well. The General Manager, the sales lady that helped me and the rest of the staff were all friendly and very attentive. The sales lady always helpful and General Manager (Carlos) very helpful. If I ever am looking for another vehicle I most definitely will go back to them. They had some nice vehicles. I decided to purchase the truck. The financing was easy and choice of banks were reputable Credit Unions. The detailing immaculate. They will be my #1 independent dealership. If you’re looking for a used vehicle that’s the place to go to. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

  They were so warm and friendly. We almost passed it up, but we thought this might be the one. And it turns out it was! It all went so smooth and fast. It was a lovely experience. The car drives great and we paid what we wanted to pay, no haggling. Very upfront.

  If I could give them a zero I would. The owner is a very rude man. I got a car from them. He tried to tell me my first payment was a month late when paperwork stated that it started a month after what he said it was. The charges me late fees without telling me for what. 2 weeks after I got the car it stalled out due to their being no oil in the car. Tried to blame me but only had the car 2 weeks. They fixed it but in that time I had to pay Uber to take me to work. Just problems with the owner the whole time. Proceeds to take the car and made it so hard to get the car back.. and was so rude about it. This place was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The owner is not professional at all. I never got the car back but it wasn’t worth the money. So I don’t mind not paying them anymore money
