Outstanding Experience with PNW Luxurious Cars! I had an excellent experience with PNW Luxurious Cars, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality vehicles and top-tier customer service. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was professional, welcoming, and stress-free. The dealership staff truly goes above and beyond, but I want to give special recognition to Carlos and Jensen. They were absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained every detail clearly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. What stood out most was how they treated me like a valued customer, not just a sale. Their transparency, respect, and professionalism made a huge difference and gave me complete confidence in my purchase. If you’re looking for a luxury car dealership you can trust—where the staff truly cares—PNW Luxurious Cars is the place to go. Ask for Carlos or Jensen—you won’t be disappointed! When I first came in, I met with Terrill and he assisted me. I did not speak with anyone else at that time. When I came back the second time with my wife, Terrill was not there and Jensen welcomed us. While we were speaking with him, another employee — the one with a cowboy-style appearance — approached us, claimed that we were his customers, and insisted that he would be the one assisting us. My wife felt very uncomfortable with his attitude. Matters like that should be discussed privately, not in front of customers. After we completed the test drive and returned, he told us that the total price of the vehicle. I pointed out that the invoice he was holding already showed that I had spoken with Terrill, who had offered me a discounted price. This employee was not even aware of the price we had previously discussed. He accepted the discounted price, but when I said the maximum I would pay, he responded in a condescending manner, saying something like, “It would only be a $2 difference in your monthly payment,” in a mocking tone. I have the financial means, and even if I didn’t, that would not be the salesperson’s concern. I earn in a month what an average salesperson makes in a year — but regardless, such an attitude toward a customer is unacceptable. As a retail business owner I felt uncomfortable. Because of this employee, who clearly does not know how to treat customers with respect, we left without purchasing the vehicle — even though we had come that day fully prepared to buy it. A couple of days later, the General Sales Manager contacted me and acted as if he genuinely cared about the customer experience; however, his response did not reflect real concern or accountability. They are just an average Shoreline dealer. Don’t waste your time or money there.
I purchased my first car here in fall of 2021 or 2022. It only had 30k-35k miles on it. It now has only 65k miles on it and has been broken down the entire year. Took it to four separate mechanics including KIA dealerships who say I was sold a car with a bad engine and essentially the only reason the engine have given out is because I get 8-10 oil changes a YEAR and have had to change the spark plugs every single year I’ve had the car. In addition bought every warranty they offered and the engine is still not covered because “lack of lubricant” isn’t enough evidence for an engine replacement. I have been told the only way to get the mechanical noise needed for an engine tear down and possibly a new engine is to neglect my car and not put oil in it — and even then they might claim it is my fault. My car is STILL in the shop and they still say it’s not safe to drive and that’s it’s a when not an if my car engine will go out on me because of the oil consumption and spark plugs signaling a larger issue. Buying my car from this place is by far one of my biggest mistakes as a college student. Every time I have called to see if they can do anything in good faith such as trade it in, buy it out, help fix it etc. they say it is my problem. But to sell a young college woman student a car for $28,000 that can’t even make it 40k miles is after purchase extremely predatory and morally abhorrent. If you do have any other options run far away! I have called this place over five times in the last month asking if there is anything they can do and they always say they’ll transfer me or to call back and never call back or the transfer just hangs up. If I could give negative stars for the car I am still paying off while not running and still paying repairs for just to still be unsafe to drive I would!
