  • I would not recommend buying a car from First National Autos. In October I bought a car from them. They were obviously quite happy to take my money; no problems so far I thought. Well, it first takes them weeks to get the paperwork together to send to the DMV. Eventually, I have them send me the paperwork as I was traveling for work and needed to get the car registered. They don't send me the right paperwork. Many emails, phone calls, and weeks later, I get what I think is the title to the car and all necessary information to title the car in my name. The title they sent me was void! Turns out there was a newer duplicate title. How does this even happen? How do you sell someone a car in good faith and give them a void title?? I understand that since you bought the car from an auction there could be problems, but this is completely and utterly unacceptable. How does a dealership even buy a car with a void title let alone sell it to someone else? It really makes no sense to me. It is now the end of January and I'm just now getting the brand new duplicate title. I will say that the title clerk, Melanie, was helpful even though this situation should NOT have even occurred in the first place. That is the only reason I give two stars instead of one. If you are going to buy from them, know what you are getting yourself into. It took almost four months for me to get the title to my car I paid cash for. (Yes, I know now I should have not left until I got the title.) Learn from my mistake. Don't buy from them

  • Huge thanks to Jensen for helping us get our Tesla! My credit history wasn’t great, but he still managed to make it work and guided us through the whole process. He was patient, honest, and explained everything clearly. No pressure at all — just genuine help and support. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. If you’re dealing with credit issues and still want a good car, Jensen is definitely the person to go to!

  • Do not purchase your car here. Radek Myslak is a scammy finance manager. I purchased a Ford F150 as a first time college student buyer. Purchased an extended warranty via the finance manager (Radek). Decided to cancel it after couple of months. Got the cancellation form, signed it so the finance manager can sign and confirm. Never heard back since then. Despite multiple voicemails and follow-ups over several weeks, my requests were ignored until I physically showed up at the dealership to force a resolution with other staff. It shouldn't take an in-person confrontation to get a simple cancellation form processed. Finance manager was dodging my calls and emails to stall me so I would forget. He wanted to avoid the chargeback that he would owe the warranty company if I cancelled within the Chargeback Window. Don't expect commercial professionalism from this dealership. If you have any similar problem, go straight to AG Office. They were happy to take the case.
