  • To start off this was an awesome experience. This was the fastest I’ve ever gotten into a dealership, did my paperwork and Got in and out. Ali called and was very helpful the whole time. Felipe was awesome with the customer service and helping with the pricing of Cadillac XTS VSPORT!! JR was very helpful as well with making sure the car was on tip top shape. Interior was getting worked on and man that black interior is beautiful. MIGUEL, MIGUEL, MIGUEL!!! This man is the quickest documentary personnel I know. Thank you for all you did making the process very worthwhile. Thank y’all so much for your awesome service! The pictures look just like they did on line.

  • I had a very disappointing experience with the vehicle I purchased from Del Sol. The problems started almost immediately. Only about two weeks after I bought the car, I had an issue with the water pump, which ended up leading to another major repair that cost me approximately $3,000. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. Over the following two years, I experienced several other problems with the vehicle and had to continue spending money on repairs. Now I am dealing with the most serious issue yet: a head gasket/engine problem that makes the cost of repairing the vehicle extremely high. What makes this even more frustrating is that this car was never heavily used. I work only about five minutes from where I live, and for most of this time I mainly used the vehicle to drive to work, go to the grocery store, and for normal everyday errands. Despite such limited use, I have experienced problem after problem since shortly after purchasing it. I understand that used vehicles can develop mechanical problems and that no dealership can guarantee a used car will never need repairs. However, having a significant mechanical problem within the second week of ownership, followed by thousands of dollars in repairs, multiple additional issues, and ultimately a major engine problem within approximately two years has been extremely disappointing. Based on my personal experience with this vehicle, I would not purchase another car from Del Sol. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a used vehicle here have it independently inspected by a trusted mechanic before purchasing, regardless of what you are told about the vehicle at the time of sale.
