  Absolutely would not recommend buying from this dealership. The gentleman was very nice. Christie is very standoffish and rude. However the overall personality is not the reason for my recommendation. I found this dealership through Car Gurus. I bought the car out right cash with a very small amount left on an installment plan. I purchased the vehicle March 1st and as of June 30th I still have not received my registration or tags. My temporary plates expired the end of May, I than had to drive back to the dealership to get temporary plates. I try to reconcile the differences with the dealership directly however Chrisitie had a very unprofessional approach to say that my additional trip out there was my issue because I had to pay the installment payment, however I also had to go out there for the temp tag. Finally I recieve my plates but still missing the tags and registration. I had to spend two hours at dmv taking time off of work, again I followed up with Christie the blame was putting on DMV for processing. DMV would not give me tags because the dealership failed to register and tag the vehicle after the initial 90 days which they smogged the vehicle. Also there was fees. They did give me a check to pay the difference however would not reimburse the smog that I needed to take it to there mechanic. So a third trip to oakdale took place. When I went to look at the vehicle as well the vehicle had more miles than advertised almost 3k more which she said they used the vehicle to drive to Sacramento and used it for her own personal use. While all these are just minor things bigger issues had encountered is the vehicle was sold to me with recalls I was notified through my insurance company. I also had to replace my breaks and turn the rotors beginning of May which is only 2 months of having the vehicle. I am now experiencing more issues again with the vehicle. I'd really save your time and shop around I honestly could have found something better I bought this vehicle with many interior defects on top of it, I'd save yourself the time and headache

  I purchased a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek a year ago and absolutely love it. Bill the Salesperson was extremely helpful and Christie found me a great finance company. I highly recommend Speciality Auto and will definitely buy my next car there.

  Trustworthy, very fair prices, QUALITY VEHICLES! Kristy & her husband treated us very well, were patient with our questions, were invaluable in regards to getting through the DMV & helping settle our nerves during the auto loan process. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, go back! We did and got our daughter a great car. Thank you for all you did!
