  • I had a poor experience with my recent order. I ordered a king-size bed, box spring, and frame, but the mattress is extremely hard and we can’t sleep on it. I’ve called and texted multiple times with no response. When I did get through, I was told you’re busy and that there are charges for an exchange and delivery fees. I understand and agree to the fees, but I’m still waiting for answers and a delivery date. Please resolve this before processing payment. We are not satisfied with the current bed.
