  ⭐ I do NOT recommend buying from this store. I purchased three cameras from this store and also paid for insurance through CPS. I have been dealing with this issue since July, and I still have no resolution. They have neither repaired my camera nor offered to reimburse me for the full amount I originally paid. Instead, they want to give me less than the camera's original purchase price, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The customer service and claims process have been a nightmare. After months of waiting, I still have no clear answer or satisfactory solution. What is the point of paying extra for insurance if they are not going to properly resolve the issue when you need it? On top of that, another camera I purchased from this store is extremely slow and does not perform as expected. Its performance has made me question its authenticity, although I have not been able to confirm whether it is counterfeit. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I spent a significant amount of money expecting quality products, reliable insurance coverage, and decent customer service. Instead, I have spent months trying to get a resolution with no satisfactory results. I would not recommend this store or purchasing CPS insurance based on my experience. Think carefully before spending your money here, especially if you are considering paying extra for insurance. You deserve better products, transparency, and customer service.

  AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. I don’t normally leave reviews but this store is scammy, dishonest, and has truly terrible customer service. Also all of their equipment can be found at other stores for much cheaper (just do a google search, they mark up everything!). I spent $4000 on equipment here, and the manager upsold me SD cards that are not compatible with the equipment I bought. When I asked, he assured me they are the best SD cards on the market and will absolutely work (of course this was not at all true). Of course, a day later upon learning that the SD cards are too slow and incompatible (despite their high price) I tried to return them (untouched, still in packaging). When I returned to the store, I had to wait for 45 minutes just to speak with the manager, because apparently he is the only one that can “choose” to accept returns. When I spoke with him he was extremely rude and continued to lie to me about the quality of the SD cards. He then told me that they do not accept any returns. Terrible experience. Go somewhere else to buy camera equipment. These guys are as bad and dishonest as it gets.

  Just had an excellent experience purchasing a HiBoy U2 Pro electric scooter from this store. Yes, they carry electric scooters & bikes! Their price was the same as the price on the Hiboy website and the Customer Service from Mo and his staff was outstanding. The scooter I wanted wasn’t in stock but Mo arranged to have it shipped direct to me and kept me updated every step along the way. I HIGHLY recommend this store, A+++ for customer service.
