AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. I don’t normally leave reviews but this store is scammy, dishonest, and has truly terrible customer service. Also all of their equipment can be found at other stores for much cheaper (just do a google search, they mark up everything!). I spent $4000 on equipment here, and the manager upsold me SD cards that are not compatible with the equipment I bought. When I asked, he assured me they are the best SD cards on the market and will absolutely work (of course this was not at all true). Of course, a day later upon learning that the SD cards are too slow and incompatible (despite their high price) I tried to return them (untouched, still in packaging). When I returned to the store, I had to wait for 45 minutes just to speak with the manager, because apparently he is the only one that can “choose” to accept returns. When I spoke with him he was extremely rude and continued to lie to me about the quality of the SD cards. He then told me that they do not accept any returns. Terrible experience. Go somewhere else to buy camera equipment. These guys are as bad and dishonest as it gets.
I got an amazing deal on two cameras here — a Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark III and an Insta360 X5, and I couldn’t be happier. The pricing was very fair, no pressure, no games, and everything was brand new and sealed. The staff was super helpful, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they really care about giving customers a good deal and good service, not just making a quick sale. If you’re looking for cameras, accessories, or real professional advice in Santa Ana, I highly recommend Mojo Computers & Cameras. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I have a great great experience. Got my son Apple Mac mini m 2 and he loves it they help me raise my credit to be able to afford it thank you guys for your hard work I really do appreciate it.
