The lot was clean and the cars were nicely displayed, making it easy and enjoyable to browse their selection of quality used vehicles. The **staff was super friendly** and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They greeted me warmly, offered to answer any questions without being pushy at all, and let me take my time exploring. It was a relaxed, low-stress experience that made me feel comfortable even though I was only window shopping. Their helpful attitude really stood out. If you're in the Seattle/Everett area and want a friendly dealership where you can browse in peace with excellent service, check out J&R Motorsports.   • Amazing buying experience. Owner was a slightly older gentleman who had a great smile, wit, and great people person attitude. Felt like talking to a real person you know? Great place. Watch out for WA sales tax though ;)P but seriously good prices and great people

  • Do not buy a vehicle from these guys. I bought one less than three months ago and I was just told it needs a motor. Head gaskets are shot. ****UPDATE: J and R removes their liability through the veil of ignorance and unknowing of car conditions. This is what they told the judge and how they get away with making money. Also, I have filed a lawsuit against Audi Seattle where J and R purchases their cars and the General Manager at Audi (Cory Pollock) stated they have been doing business with J and R for years. Cory with Audi Seattle also stated that they knew this car had $10,000 worth of issues because it was diagnosed at their own service center with these issues that is why they sell their cars to J and R. Instead of having a price tag of $500 which is what a car will blue book with these issues and because they “knew” it had engine problems, I got suckered into paying $7,000 cash 3weeks after J and R purchased it from Audi Seattle. We have court on August 2026 to resolve this matter. Audi Seattle and J and R are scammers. When does public policy step in? This is not fair on our society especially, this day and age. *****DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE OR AUDI SEATTLE. THEY ARE PURPOSELY SELLING BROKEN CARS TO MAKE MONEY.****
