  • I had a great experience to start purchasing my 2007 Lexus LS460. Everything went smooth until I drove it home and realized braking has issues. I called right away and was told to call back. I talked with Cesar who sold me the vehicle and he mentioned it’s a safety hazard and it will be taken care of. Got home and the door locks on the left side will not lock. Spoke with Cesar and he said I can find those parts cheap. After dodging my calls for a few days I was told I was given too good of a deal and they will not be taking care of anything going forward. I had to replace brake pads and rotors on the front and rear. They were at 2-3 millimeters. I wouldn’t trust this dealership. They don’t look over their vehicles very well and just flip them for profit. They don’t hold up their word on promised repairs. I would recommend anyone purchase here. It’s also impossible to speak with a manager. I gave up after trying for a week.
