  Save yourselves the trouble, Don’t BUY HERE ! I Bought a car in January with 30 day warranty, notified these people about the car having a leak during warranty period, they ignored my messages, didn’t return call back, now 6 months later STILL leaking I took it to a reputable mechanic now repairs are costing $7,988.13 ONLY for leak repairs on engine & transmission!! I have officially filed a complaint with BOTH the DMV with the investigation department & the bureau of automotive repairs & make sure they take a look into this “business”. I spoke to Alex whom assured me that I was not the first person that threatens with suing which trust me I didn’t have a doubt about that & there is his confirmation on it. They’ve obviously done this to other people. See ya’ll in court because I GAVE you 6 months to repair this preexisting issue & you told me that you weren’t repairing anything because it’s been 6 months yet you guys let it go over the warranty by continuously not responding to my calls & messages throughout ALL THESE MONTHS not me. You breached the contract & misinterpreted the sale.oh yeah & Gus was my sales associate he’s was a great sales guy lol terrible at helping clients once the sale has been finalized you won’t get this guy to pick up a phone. If anyone else is interested in suing as well reach out to me have ALL your documents in order, submit your complaints as well ! This is NOT right to do to people.

  i bought a 2017 silverado LT Z71 here at this location i was speaking with gustavo about the problems i started to run into with the vehicle first issue was a motor mount was bad and the second is i got a check engine light a little under there “ 500 “ mile warranty anyway it was a misfire for cylinder 8 i contacted gustavo aka Gus they’re were willing to fix it but only change that one spark plug and was going to stay without a vehicle i ended up spending 250$ bucks for plugs and wires and truck also has corner cab damage that wasn’t mentioned i was also told they aren’t able to sell me a truck with a broken windshield keep in mind this truck had a broken windshield when i drove off the lot the rotors and brakes make a lot of noise i bought a newer truck from them not expecting to throw money into it without owning it even for a month if that were the case i would’ve just got something off the street vehicle temperature also climbs over the middle they say it’s normal but obviously i would say it’s normal too if i didn’t want to put money out of the dealership anyhow i would just avoid them i thought i got the truck for a good deal but ill will be doing my maintenance they should just notify people that vehicles are sold with bad car fax and under carriage damage and not as reliable vehicle also needs alignment 6/26/2025 . update owner paid for spark plugs but i started to have more issues with the vehicle, Brakes n rotors within owning the truck for 3 months now and needing to do all the front suspension 8/23/25 kept getting check engine light for misfire cylinder 8 check engine light turns on right after there 30 day warranty mark i’ve only put 1100 miles on the truck since i got it then to also mention the under carriage damage is supposed to be mentioned im going to look into a lawsuit i’ve put in 1800$ dollars worth of repairs on a truck that i literally could’ve bought new i would avoid Gus and all his excuses i thought i was the only one that got, got for a vehicle. can’t even enjoy it cause it’s always one more problem or another bought it expected a reliable vehicle SHADY DEALER ‼️‼️‼️ while i was in the process of doing the brakes i noticed i didn’t get the wheel lock and they tried to blame me for misplacing it when i first got the truck i haven’t even taken anything off it besides adding side steps smh. 🤦‍♂️

  All in all, great team up there working!! They really do put in the work to get you approved! They also have really fair priced cars. I purchased a Mustang Convertible, for a great deal! Let’s dig in:: So I started off working with Gustavo!! Wonderful salesman that was very responsive even on his off day!! I found my dream car on Facebook, and his response was quick!! Very please with his delighted customer service! He passed me along to Edwin, who finished the sale out! Edwin took me on a nice test drive, and my car ran really smooth! Lastly, finished off with Mike, who helped me sign the papers to my new Dream car!! I’m ecstatic!! Thank you team, for making my Dream come to life~ 🤗 ( Finance prices were a little absurd. But unfortunately my credit is not so great. I am grateful they found someone who would work with me. So when they say they work with all types of credit, they do!)
