  • Four months ago, we were looking to purchase a used utility/cargo van for our plumbing business and we stumbled across a listing for the exact kind of van we wanted. It was for sale at LKL Motors (a three and a half hour drive from us), but the listing price was far below market value. We called and told Richie we wanted to buy it. We rescheduled our jobs for the following day to make the road trip. While we were driving to Tacoma to make the purchase, another buyer tried to buy the van with cash at full asking price, in person at LKL Motors. They turned away the cash buyer, even though we hadn't even put money down yet. That kind of integrity doesn't exist anymore. The transaction was smooth and seamless. The van was exactly as described. It's been the most dependable work van we've ever purchased and we couldn't be happier with the deal they gave us. If they were closer, we would never buy another vehicle anywhere else. We trust LKL Motors implicitly and highly recommend them.

  • I had a very pleasant experience with LKL Motors. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle online. Rich made it easy and he patiently helped me when I had issues with my smarter than me phone. All of the necessary paperwork they needed from me was received on a Thursday and my car was delivered to me in South Dakota 6 days later. While waiting for the title, I needed a piece of information to submit to be on top of my upcoming car registration and change of title. When I called the office, the lady of the office immediately knew who I was when I gave her my name. She knew exactly where everything was in the process and provided all the information I requested. She was very pleasant and thorough. It took a little longer than I had hoped for, but it was just the process itself purchasing a car online from another state. LKL Motors was on top of moving things quickly and I’m grateful they did. I’m very happy with my car. It’s in great condition and was a great price. I purchased online, because my local dealership was overpriced on their cars. So I got the make, model, and year I wanted for a great price even with the cost of shipping.

  • Bought a 2015 Maserati with 74,000 miles for a decent price I thought, before even 24 hours was over I had a check engine light. Definitely something I believe was already an issue, OBD2 scanners are pretty cheap, I highly suggest grabbing one before you go there and running it to see if they deleted codes. Look for the IM on the OBD2 scanner and see if it says yes or no. If it says no, that means they deleted the codes recently. Salesperson try to tell me multiple times they would look at it for free, but every time I try to schedule something I'm ignored. Also got screwed over on the sales tax, told him I just bought a house in Washington that day, but he sold me the car as if I lived in oregon, that way I didn't have to pay sales tax, I didn't know that when I went to register it in Washington I would have to pay sales tax out of pocket, over $2,000. He knew this but didn't tell me. I feel they'll say anything to sell a car. Be wary.
