This place is great! Bought a Chevy Colorado from them, great condition and drives great!! Josh tovar is the man. Helped me out with purchasing this truck. When I called him about a check engine light coming on without skipping a beat he told me to bring it by so they can fix it. The 30 day fix it guarantee IS a guarantee! I recommend them
My sister just bought a car from them and it broke down 3 weeks later and needs thousands of dollars in repairs, even tho the mechanic at the dealer Gilberto told her it was fine. After he worked on it the car honestly got so much worse to the point where she’s stranded and can’t drive it. The shop refused to help tow the car (even tho it was only 9 minutes away from their shop) and refused to offer any real help even though she has a warranty?? I was going to buy my car here too because I thought she got a good deal on the car, but I see now that it was a mistake buying from Them. These people will get what’s coming to them but I will not be buying my car here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else either.
Bought a car here for a family member, and within a few weeks it started stalling and was unsafe to drive. Also noticed the middle seat in the back was completely missing a seatbelt, the rear view mirror had severe damage and they had clamped a new one just over top of it and a few other things. But mainly it became inoperable after just a few short weeks of relatively short drives. Also the engine was bone dry, they sold us the car without any oil even though they’d claimed an oil change was just done. After my sisters car broke down just about 8 minutes away from their shop, these people refused to tow it or provide a proper repair even though it was under their warranty and the issue itself was caused by their mechanic when incorrectly replacing the battery. Staff kept passing us between the salesman, manager and owner with no solution, so we ended up filing a complaint with the DMV and BAR. Our family attorney could not even locate a “Green Light Auto” when looking them up in the DMV system. I would not recommend this used car lot. Update / Response: I still do not see any resolution. My sister was told the owner is out of town, so they “can’t honor the warranty,” even though we submitted professional mechanic reports showing serious issues. Also — suspiciously — multiple new 5‑star reviews appeared just hours after we posted our honest negative reviews and just minutes after you replied to our reviews. That rapid influx of glowing reviews feels misleading, especially when there had been little to no feedback for months before that, and some older reviews describe issues similar to ours. Potential customers may want to view those positive reviews with caution. Second update: Tomas cut us a check in exchange for us to stop our complaints with the BAR and DMV. We named our price, he paid up and we kept the car. Still, one of the shadiest places and shadiest people I’ve ever done business with. Considering the shop first was going to ignore us, then got an attorney to scare us and only accepted defeat when we actually went to the BAR and DMV, I am not satisfied at all and do not trust these guys. They’re scammers. Buying trash cars, barely fixing em up and then selling him for above average prices. It’s scandalous. I’m assuming they have a lot more to hide since they were so willing to cut a check without any arguments as long they believed we wouldn’t go report this “business”. Funny thing is Tomas refused to drop the price by 300$ at time of sale to make it an even 10K, even though we had 10k straight cash right there and the car wasn’t even functional for more than 20 days. He was penny pinching about 300$ ( which we did give him btw ) but in the end had to write an even larger check to settle quietly. They’re doing something behind the scenes that they shouldn’t. 100%
