  I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Connections Motors less than two years ago, and unfortunately it has been one of the most frustrating vehicle purchases I’ve ever made. From the beginning, the vehicle had multiple issues. The battery had been disconnected, the A/C didn’t work properly, and the car has continued to develop expensive electrical problems that have left me unable to drive it. What disappointed me even more was the customer service I received when I recently called to ask a simple question: whether they had a spare key or any records related to my vehicle. Instead of trying to help or even asking for my name or VIN, I was told they only sell trucks now and the call ended without any effort to assist me. I wasn’t asking for free repairs or special treatment. I was simply hoping for basic customer service from the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately, I left the conversation feeling dismissed and unimportant. Buying a vehicle is a major investment, and customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and support after the sale. Based on my experience, Connections Motors fell far short of those expectations. I hope they improve the way they treat past customers, because a little effort and respect can make a big difference.

  Fantastic experience ever! My husband and I came from another state just to look at the trucks as we’ve been shopping for one for a few months. We met Alex and he promised we will be leaving in a truck. I thought, he sure is confident that we’ll find what we want and for the right price. He was right! Alex was and will always be our guy for future use. We highly recommend connection motors. The entire staff that we came across was more than helpful, friendly and willing to assist anyway that they possibly could.
