  • DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM SELECTIVE MOTORS — PLEASE DON’T. I put down $9,000 on a vehicle in 2025, and within just a few months the car completely fell apart. The transmission failed, the car stopped turning on, and it needed multiple major repairs. This was not just inconvenient — it was dangerous. I was nearly involved in a serious accident on the highway with my young child in the car. PLEASE BE CAREFUL — the 5-star reviews do not reflect my experience at all. I strongly feel misled about the condition of the vehicle. It was presented as reliable when it clearly was not. From what I personally witnessed and experienced, there are serious concerns about how these vehicles are prepared and sold. I urge anyone considering buying from here to be extremely cautious and to have any car inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing. When I reached out for help, I was given assurances that were not kept. The lack of honesty and accountability made this situation even worse. Please protect yourself and take your business elsewhere. I would not recommend Selective Motors based on my experience.
