Jose sat with me, gave me his full undivided attention, heard my every concern and worked with me until we landed on exactly what I had envisioned. He gave me a very reasonable price and a timeline as to when the ring would be completed. In the coming weeks anytime I had a concern or requested an update, him and his team were there to help me and the ring was completed well within the timeline he gave me.
