In an era where customer service should be paramount, my experience with North Auto Sales, located on N. Cave Creek Rd., stands as a stark reminder of the dismal standards some companies perpetuate. The encounter began with a seemingly innocuous inquiry about the pickup process for a vehicle, a question that ought to have elicited a straightforward response. Instead, I was met with sheer rudeness from the owner, Javier. His demeanor was not only dismissive but shockingly contemptuous, leaving no room for doubt about his lack of professionalism. Upon my initial call, I was greeted not with courtesy but with an abrasive tone that belied any semblance of customer service. When I sought clarification regarding our vehicle, Javier brusquely refused to engage meaningfully in the conversation and exhibited an alarming level of impatience. To add insult to injury, he abruptly terminated the call, displaying a gross disregard for customer concerns. My subsequent attempts to reconnect met with silence, as he refused to answer—a clear indication of his unwillingness to address even the simplest inquiries. What compounds this deplorable first impression is the glaring issue of dishonesty that seems to plague North Auto Sales. The promise of an extended warranty, which initially seemed a reassuring aspect of the transaction, was rendered void when they failed to fulfill their obligation by transmitting the necessary payment to the warranty company. This oversight culminated in the cancellation of said warranty, leaving me not only skeptical but profoundly dissatisfied with the ethical grounding of this establishment. In closing, my encounter with North Auto Sales encapsulates a troubling trend in customer service characterized by rudeness, negligence, and, fundamentally, a lack of integrity. It is my strong recommendation that potential customers exercise extreme caution if considering any transaction with this company. The risk of encountering similar discourteous treatment and substandard practices underlines the necessity of seeking alternatives that prioritize transparency and respect for their clientele. Avoid North Auto Sales at all costs; they have proven themselves to be a company devoid of both professionalism and moral obligation.
MOST CROOKED CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! I should have known when we got out of car and walked in the door of this "dealership" that we would get ripped off. There were a few guys who didn't speak English surfing the net behind us, the manager was a total misogynist, their office is literally one room that looks like it's about to crumble into the ground and the bathroom looks like a literal health hazard. We bought a car for $6100 and right after we drove it off the lot, the vehicle started putting off a burning smell. We took the car to another dealership (a legit one), and were told there were $5400 of needed fixes to the car. Awesome, the car is worth $500 without the fixes. The timing belt was about to crack, the motor mounts were collapsed, the struts were leaking, the alignment was burning through a tire, the car was overheating. I could go on. We asked for a refund based on the implied warranty law and the "manager" refused. Unbelievable; now I know why North Auto Sales does business out of a one-room shack.
I purchased a car for my husband from this dealership probably 4 or so years ago. They sold it to me with a transmission that was slipping after two trips up there they had the car for two weeks and finally got it back to me. Then when the temp registration ran out there was some excuse about it not be emissioned or something. Luckily I work in the car industry (one of the largest auction providers in the country) which I told the man who sold me this car and knew how to proceed. The first complaint I made was to the EPA for them selling vehicles that had not been through emissions. I also filed a complaint with the state emissions office. After all of this there was some more run around. Finally I called a friend who is a detective on Phoenix PD white collar crimes who advised me to tell them that if the plates and registration were not sent to me that day they would be lodging an investigation in to their business. Thank god I finally got rid of these people and got most of what was wrong fixed. NEVER I mean NEVER do business with them. What I see is that I am not the only one who was trying to be scammed with their Title and registration scams.
