  Extremely Unprofessional and Sketchy Process. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to go elsewhere or be real careful. double-check all paperwork, ask questions, and be prepared to walk away. From start to finish, the experience was disorganized, stressful, and unprofessional. The dealer repeatedly stalled the transaction and openly complained about how little profit he was making, as if that was the buyer’s responsibility. At one point, he became visibly frustrated and lashed out when we asked legitimate questions about the paperwork, claiming he had a headache because he “wasn’t making any money” on the deal. The vehicle was a 2019 dodge charger, had 135,772 miles and a cracked window, which the dealer explicitly said the day before would be fixed, only to backtrack the next day and say he would not be paying for it after all. Paperwork was not making sense, We were given multiple versions of title-related documents. The dealer avoided properly signing and listing Navy Federal Credit Union as the lienholder. One document he finally signed was different from the version previously presented. When questioned about why the documents did not match, instead of explaining, he became defensive and hostile

  This is the most honest trustworthy used van lot I have ever been too. From beginning to end the sale went seamless and they worked with me to get the price I wanted and the van I wanted and even helped setup the cargo portion of the vehicle as it was empty with no storage racks at the time of purchase. They were even nice enough to check my van out after already owning it to ensure there were no issues that needed attention. I would never buy a van or truck from any where else. There vehicles are all in great condition and have extensive carfax reports. I’d recommend to anyone.
