  I worked with Jamal on trading in my Mustang and purchasing a Ford F-150. They beat neighboring dealerships’ trade-in offers, and the truck I purchased is in excellent mechanical shape. No hidden fees or dealership charges—everything was straightforward. They even replaced a cracked tail light as part of the deal. Great experience all around! UPDATE 3/19/26: I recently purchased my second vehicle from Jamal and Payless Auto Sales and had another great experience. They gave me a fair value on my trade-in, worked with me on the price of the vehicle I purchased, and even waived some transaction fees so I could take advantage of my credit card rewards. Jamal was also able to coordinate getting me a second OEM key for the new vehicle at less than half the cost I would have paid at the dealership. I’ve found Jamal and this dealership to be transparent, fair, responsive, honest, and customer-friendly. I will go back if I need to make smother vehicle transaction.   I purchased a 2019 Sprinter van from Payless Auto Sales for my transportation business. Within a short time after the purchase, withen 1 week the van developed serious engine problems that eventually required an engine replacement, costing me thousands of dollars and causing significant downtime for my business. After the failure, multiple mechanics identified issues that I believe existed before I purchased the vehicle. I also found a vehicle history record showing a fluid leak inspection shortly before the sale. Based on my experience, I believe these concerns should have been disclosed before I bought the van. I was disappointed with how my concerns were handled and felt I had to seek help from outside agencies while trying to resolve the situation. This experience created major financial stress and delayed the start of my business. My advice to anyone considering buying a vehicle here is to have it inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing, carefully review the vehicle history, and keep copies of all paperwork.   Would not recommend shopping here. They streamlined the process and made it easy to purchase. However after only 2 weeks after purchasing a 26k dollar truck here I've had to fix a serious coolant leak and now the transmission is going out.
