  I worked with Jamal on trading in my Mustang and purchasing a Ford F-150. They beat neighboring dealerships’ trade-in offers, and the truck I purchased is in excellent mechanical shape. No hidden fees or dealership charges—everything was straightforward. They even replaced a cracked tail light as part of the deal. Great experience all around! UPDATE 3/19/26: I recently purchased my second vehicle from Jamal and Payless Auto Sales and had another great experience. They gave me a fair value on my trade-in, worked with me on the price of the vehicle I purchased, and even waived some transaction fees so I could take advantage of my credit card rewards. Jamal was also able to coordinate getting me a second OEM key for the new vehicle at less than half the cost I would have paid at the dealership. I’ve found Jamal and this dealership to be transparent, fair, responsive, honest, and customer-friendly. I will go back if I need to make smother vehicle transaction.   In September 2024, when we purchased our vehicle for a camper van conversion, our dear Sean immediately showed great empathy upon realizing we were new to the country. He first guided us towards the best financial credit options and spent around 20 days researching the most favorable rates for us. He also advised us to get a 2-year warranty to minimize any potential issues while traveling across the country and to reduce the financial burden of any problems that might arise. On October 17, 2025, when we experienced an alternator overcharge issue with our vehicle, Sean once again helped us efficiently communicate with the warranty company and guided us to a reliable repair service. Thanks to Sean, what could have been a complicated situation—even for those familiar with the local advantages in our own country—was handled smoothly, allowing us to continue our journey with ease. We are truly grateful to Sean and the entire Payless team.
