  Bought a car here, reported on day one something sounded off. He tells me in an email to "check the tire pressure" and nothing else. Well, two weeks later the transmission went, the costs of repairs ended up costing as much as the car, and they refused to do anything about it. He tells me it was my responsibility to have the car checked despite him telling me, in an email, to "check the tire pressure" as a solution. Never was there a mention of having the car checked in the email... Thankfully I saved all the emails so there isn't any "he said she said", it's all documented. Anyway, don't bother buying a car here. Worst dealership I've ever done business with. Been a living hell of an experience. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

  Actually the BEST experience purchasing my car here at CA Motor Cars. We worked with Darren and he was soo patient and kind. My dad helped me find the car online and we drove about an hour and a half to come see it - a white 09 Kia Sportage in AMAZING condition. We went out a total of 3 times before driving off the lot☺️ Since the car was an 09 we had to go through a credit union instead of a regular bank (we could have paid cash but I wanted to have a monthly payment instead) and it was a bit of a tedious process, BUT Darren was sooo kind throughout the whole process. He waited for our loan to get processed, helped us with the credit unions’s weird requests, and ultimately in a span of 7-10 days we were able to purchase the car and drive off as HAPPY CUSTOMERS. I look at my car every day and am so so so grateful for it and for Darren being patient and trusting in us as honest buyers. Couldn’t recommend them more!!!!!

  Went and saw Darren to purchase a new car from him. I cannot be happier with the experience that I received. From the time I walked into the doors to the time I drove away, they treated me like family and made sure I was taken care of. They were able to give me a good rate too. Don’t waste your time and go to another dealer when you can come here and be much happier.
