  • I was looking for a used Subaru BRZ for my son’s birthday and found a 2016 at ZAG Motors in Everett. It had low mileage and, most importantly, it was completely stock. The price was a little above Kelly's Bluebook, so the first thing I did was read the reviews. Honestly, I thought all the 5-star reviews had to be fake. But I decided to go take a look anyway — and I’m glad I did. I ended up working with Mr. Sam, and he was sincere, honest, and genuinely helpful. He worked with me and got the car down to Bluebook value. After I bought the Subaru, he even followed me to Marysville and drove my car back so my wife didn’t have to — she had just had surgery and couldn’t drive. That meant a lot to us. A couple of weeks later, I received a check in the mail for $333 along with the license plates because they discovered they had overcharged for license fees. They didn’t have to say anything — but they did, and they made it right. I am truly impressed with ZAG Motors and with Mr. Sam. I would feel comfortable sending my own grandma to him — and I wouldn’t say that unless I trusted him. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is not what I expected from a used car dealership. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for our next family car.

  • I went into Zag motors after being denied financing at every dealership in the area, Sam and George told me if they couldn't get me approved they'd quit their jobs. Not only did they get me approved they got me a sweet deal and the entire process was pain free. they were very transparent and very upfront about everything. no wonder they have a A+ rating with the B B B! if anybody needs a car and they're tired of the BS and the shady dealers, visit ZAG motors and ask for Sam
