  • I was looking for a used Subaru BRZ for my son’s birthday and found a 2016 at ZAG Motors in Everett. It had low mileage and, most importantly, it was completely stock. The price was a little above Kelly's Bluebook, so the first thing I did was read the reviews. Honestly, I thought all the 5-star reviews had to be fake. But I decided to go take a look anyway — and I’m glad I did. I ended up working with Mr. Sam, and he was sincere, honest, and genuinely helpful. He worked with me and got the car down to Bluebook value. After I bought the Subaru, he even followed me to Marysville and drove my car back so my wife didn’t have to — she had just had surgery and couldn’t drive. That meant a lot to us. A couple of weeks later, I received a check in the mail for $333 along with the license plates because they discovered they had overcharged for license fees. They didn’t have to say anything — but they did, and they made it right. I am truly impressed with ZAG Motors and with Mr. Sam. I would feel comfortable sending my own grandma to him — and I wouldn’t say that unless I trusted him. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is not what I expected from a used car dealership. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for our next family car.

  • Went in to look at a used Tacoma with low mileage. Took the test drive and the vehicle still looked brand new and ran like it was. Easiest trade in and paperwork I've done buying cars. They even got me a lower interest rate than I originally had. Sam was great to work with and walked me through everything. Would recommend checking this place out.

  • Rodrigo was the best car salesman I’ve worked with in buying cars. Had a great experience and actually fun time while I was here! Great conversations with Rodrigo and made this big purchase worth it. Leo worked with us to get my payment where I needed and even got a little trinket from him. Highly recommend!
