This time, with summer coming, I purchased an outdoor dining table for my BBQ area and a patio set for the backyard. Once again, the experience was excellent. My calls were never missed or dropped, and every time I place an order online, I receive a call or text to confirm the details. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. If a delivery timeframe is clearly communicated upfront and the company delivers within that timeframe, that’s good service. Furniture delivery isn’t like ordering pizza—it takes planning and logistics. If you’re looking for a reliable furniture store serving Orange County and offering nationwide delivery, Ornate Home has been a great experience for me every time.
