  1 star is too high. We brought in our 2 Surface tablets. After looking up the models -yes yes they can fix it in 1 day. 1 month, 4 texts and numerous calls later, they can't fix both. My computer, which only had the issue with the touch screen, now has a "motherboard error" they say.. I picked up my computer and the screen is absolutely destroyed and now my machine won't even turn on. No I didn't think to back up my machine just to have the screen replaced. Previously they did fix my husband's phone without issues but I would never bring them a computer again. In fact I wi never return again but yeah. I went from a small minor crack you could barely see to a completely destroyed machine. See video of my poor computer.

  My day started pretty nice until I fell down my stairs at home. It hurt like hell and on top of that I completely broke my phone. Screen was completely shattered and the glass on the back of the phone as well plus the phone with twisted so the frame got damaged too. I took it in left in a few hours, and they left it like new, even better actually. The technician on the store was also kind enough to cut me a deal and I had all that damage fixed for $140. My truck was at the mechanics having some repairs done as well so I rode up there in an Uber. Because I messed with the phone so much while the screen is cracked I got locked out of it and I had no way of ordering an Uber back home. So the technician did me the favor of ordering an Uber for me from his phone and he use his card when I tried to pay him cash for the Uber ride he refused and kindly paid for it himself saving me an extra 20 bucks. The place was very well kept meaning, neat and clean all in all I had a great experience. They also fix iPads and laptops as well. I would recommend this place to anybody I know if they too Ever fall down the stairs and break one of their devices where are you in if they don’t fall down the stairs, but just break one of their devices, I would definitely recommend this spot. Hidden GEM !!
