  Customer service inside was OK but customer service outside and with delivery is awful first they were very late and fell to answer my phone calls or return my my calls then they show up super late at night and decided to rush putting together two bunkbeds one in each room two men working on a bunkbed and they completely failed. It was ridiculously wiggly. The ladder kept coming out and it didn’t even have correct screws in it so the ladder was never screwed in. I was shocked that they left it like that. They did some send somebody to fix that problem and after the other person fix the ladder. and a couple other screws we noticed how much sturdier the bunkbed was compared to before but comes to find out more screws around the bunkbed are messed up, so the bunkbed is not good in the other room. The bunkbeds were separate and the other guy stripped the wood with the screw screws and fell to make those regular beds sturdy. They are loose as heck. I decided not to call them back. I just won’t be bringing my service here no more I am telling you do not get your things delivered and assembled from them. They suck so bad at their job.

  No stars are deserved from me if it were an option , purchased a couch from here paid all the money upfront , I was told two weeks and ended up waiting two months !? Just for them to tell me the couches were out of stock .. it gets worse they tried to charge me $735 for a restocking fee when they never even had the couch in the first place!! What exactly were they going to restock?? They gave no communication or call backs , I had to call them for updates and just got told next week , next week and it never came … worst place I’ve even been …….

  Definitely a beautiful set we got but we're so upset the sales rep did NOT bother to mention this set did not come with a mattress now we're forced to go elsewhere to buy this separately. Please be more helpful to your customers if you want them to Come Back!
