  Michaels posts fake sales on offfer up. When I arrive the said the price is changed. They want $150 per gram for a 9.5 gram ring with fake stones. They want me to pay for fake grams. The ring is made from leaded sheet gold. It turned green. Gold rings are poured into a cast, sheet gold is not to ne put on the body. They did that to a Seahawk!?

  Would not recommend— i went there to get help with my ring repair and was told at least 7 or 8 times “It’s not gold, it’s not gold, it’s not gold” What does gold have to do with ring repair? No one said it was gold. But it’s sentimental to me because I got it in Spain. Then the guy at the front took my ring in his hand, looked at it up close, then laughed. In my mind I was like “seriously “? The website says you do jewelry repair— if it has to be gold please put that info on your site or post a sign to let people know 🙆🏻‍♀️ By the way, 5 star reviews may be paid reviews because I had nothing close to a good experience and there are multiple 1-star reviews from people who had similar experiences. It’s best to go with professionals!

  Definitely not the friendliest spot. The whole place gives off a “we’ve been here forever, so take it or leave it” vibe. The staff seem more focused on the transaction than the customer, and it’s not exactly the kind of place that makes you want to come back. They might stick around on reputation alone, but I think younger customers will end up choosing somewhere that actually feels welcoming.
