  My brother and I both purchased trucks from Roman Motor Company and both experiences turned into nightmares. I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra Denali and my brother purchased a 2014 Ram 1500. My Denali was sold to me with dents on the front bumper and tailgate, along with suspension issues that were never disclosed before purchase. Not long after buying it, the transmission blew completely. My brother’s Ram also started falling apart almost immediately. The center console came apart, and within a month of owning the truck and making payments on it, the engine locked up completely. We understand used vehicles can have wear and tear, but serious mechanical and physical issues like this should have been disclosed upfront. We trusted this dealership and ended up dealing with major repair costs and stress shortly after purchasing. I strongly recommend anyone considering buying from here get a full inspection from an independent mechanic before signing anything and carefully review all warranty paperwork.

  Great Dealership, great guys. I have pretty tanked and challenged credit and was in need of a truck for work and a vehicle in general. With no luck mostly everywhere Connor and Israel worked with me to get me into a very nice Tundra. Not only that but worked with me on the down payment and every step of the process from A-Z despite my challenged situation and got me taken care of. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for that next ride but even more so if you have challenged credit and a less than perfect financial situation and need to get mobile and don’t want to be waved off 10/10 I recommend giving these guys a shot. They will treat you with respect and take care of you no matter your situation. Thank you to everyone at Roman Motor Company for making it happen and taking care of me!

  This companys trash If I could give no stars I would I wouldn't recommend them at all, I bought a 2017 dodge rt from them everything seemed good the day I got it then after about 2 weeks the car completely broke down the cost to fix is over 4k I talked to the owner and after going back and forth about helping me get it fixed cause it was obviously sold messed up he completely got unprofessional sent me pictures of his personal bank account showing it was in negative stating that just cause he owns a lot doesn't mean he has money to back situations like that up ended with him saying talk to his lawyer now I'm stuck paying on a vehicle I can't drive and I gave almost 5k down Also I wanna state he said in bold there's no lemon law on selling broken down vehicles so adleast he admitted to it being that way when he sold it and also told me not to talk to the employees that sold me the vehicle like I said avoid this place at all costs I even said I'd sell it back at whatever they'd offer me take the loss and get another vehicle off there lot since the bank was okay with it but the owner pretty much said they don't want the problems back that they gave me......there trash it's been 3 to 4 months and I'm still tryna get it situated
