Customer service was great at first and we thought we got a fair deal on the car itself not knowing there were going to be issues right away. We get home with the car and in less than a month the engine light came on after we asked the owner multiple times to please let us know if that would happen due to the fact we could not buy a warranty through them. We did NOT scan it. This car was bought for my teenage son who does not even have his license yet and is driving under a permit with me. He drove the car maybe 4 times in 2 months. The light came on 3 weeks after buying it and only driving it once. I fixed the issue without calling because the car is older so I chalked it up to that. But then to come on again with a new issue right away is ridiculous. The owner even specifically told us that he guarantees the light would not come on so much so that if it did he would know we would put a bad review and he didn't want that for his "small" business. He assured us over and over that it would not. I understand old cars can have issues but to be assured it would not have any issues and being so soon makes me think they turned the engine light off to sell the car. Another issue was them submitting paperwork late when I texted about it twice. I called the Secretary of State on June 1st and the person I spoke too said the dealership did NOT submit the paperwork until May 29th when I bought the car April 20th. Would not go back. I made a factual review and I stand by it. The reason someone goes to these type of dealerships is to get a deal on a car with a budget, not to have additional financial burden placed on them shortly after.
I am overly appreciative to Benton Cars after looking all over for a trusted car i found them, my salesperson was my boy Enis Gashi he took care of me from start to finish i drove off in my new beautiful Mercedes Benz GLA he even stayed open late for me so that i could come into town to get my budget friendly dream car i will be back because i can see this business getting much bigger, the entire family is beautiful especially his mom i have to mention her so beautiful and kind thanks again !!
