Zero pressure. No pushy add-ons or secret surcharges. Just good people who want the best for their customers. I'd sworn off used car dealerships for good, but they had a car that was exactly what I was looking for, so I gave them a call. I'm so glad I did. I bought this car sight unseen, and had it shipped to Los Angeles. That required a tremendous amount of trust, but I knew from the first call that I wasn't going to have any problems. The car is a dream come true, and years down the road, when it's time to look for another car, they'll be my first stop.

I had been on a Long hunt for the PERFECT royal blue Honda Accord Sport. The ones on Carvana, Carmax, or even dealers in my state were not meeting my expectations. As soon as I seen this one listed at Iconic Coach, I knew it had to be mine. After touring this car via video visit and meeting Yusuf, I decided to move forward with the buying process after doing research on the vehicle. My whole buying process was seamless, and I did not feel any pressure whatsoever. Everything from top to bottom was explained thoroughly and with honesty. Yusuf and Joe are genuine people who care about their clients, and not looking to just make a sale like other dealerships. They display true professionalism, acknowledgement, and personable characteristics. I can tell they value the relationships they have with their clients. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate in the absolute slightest. My experience was nothing short of iconic. Ten stars from me!
