  • I bought a car on December 20, 2022 Dodge Journey the car only worked for 10 days since on December 30 it stopped working I contacted Guillermo who did not show an aggressive attitude telling me that previously in Brazil he had that car and that It turned out well, which for me is irrelevant to that story since my experience was the opposite since unfortunately my Christmas visits were affected by my pregnancy follow-up visits because I had to postpone it because I did not have a car and yesterday they received the car for part of me with the keys where they called me today and told me about the problem with the car that the best solution was to buy a new engine and that the repair of the car would cost me 1500 which is unfair since from the outset I had to give 2,500 dollars down payment and 500 dollars for taxes to take a total of 300 dollars of down payment plus two weeks of payment. I enter without a car 3192 dollars which they plan to steal from me I wait and they suspend their license since I consider them unprofessional abusing the fact that I am a pregnant woman and with a minor daughter who must start school on Monday
