I love this dealership. Our salesman Luis was super helpful and nice. My husband bought his big real car, 2021 dodge challenger sxt and it is a beautiful car and runs great. They worked with my husband and got our monthly payment where we are comfortable. So thank you to Vista Motors and all their staffs for an easy transaction. The in-person experience and buying the car were smooth, but everything after that has been incredibly frustrating. I bought my car four months ago, and my license plate registration has now been expired for over a month. Every time I call, I’m told it’s “being processed” and that someone will call me back—but no one ever does. Instead, I have to call three or four times a day just to get an update. This issue has dragged on for far too long. Better communication and actually following up with customers would make a huge difference.
I noticed they had a car I was looking for, so I stopped by. A salesperson named Christian showed me the car, and we went for a test drive. Even though I couldn’t get the car at all, overall it was still a great experience with Vista Motors Group. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the visit enjoyable!
