Today I purchased a vehicle, and received excellent service from each and every staff member from the moment I arrived. I was referred by a family member, and I must say the experience was easy & quick. I would definitely recommend United Auto Gallery to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.
I thought these guys were very helpful that day but the next day I had to bring the car to a shop. $5700 in repairs so far and more are needed. I think they sold me a lemon. Don't go to them if your like me and don't know much about what to look for in used cars. The guy at the repair shop said the lot across the highway are much more reliable.
I inquired about a 2017 Ram 3500 priced at $25,499. Communication was slow initially; it took a business day to receive video walkarounds and another five hours for specific photos, requiring me to prod the salesman to speed up the process. When the photos arrived, they were high-quality and informative. While the dealership provides free AutoCheck reports, I highly recommend buyers run a Carfax. The AutoCheck missed critical details. A Carfax report revealed that beyond regular oil changes, this 273k-mile truck had zero preventative maintenance. A closer look showed bad and leaking sway bar links, failing tie rod ends, completely shot U-joints, and a failing driveshaft carrier bearing. For a dual rear wheel (DRW) truck, these repairs represent significant time and money. When I made an opening offer $4,500 below asking to account for these issues, the salesman immediately became defensive and unprofessional, responding with "You aren't even close" and sending over pictures of other vehicle prices. I did my due diligence before negotiating, and the hostile reaction was entirely uncalled for. I gladly passed on this vehicle and saved myself a headache. Looking at recent reviews, it seems maintenance is something they lack to care for.
