LET ME START BY SAY TH9S IS ABOUT TRUST AND HONESTY Hello everyone I purchased a car in December as a Christmas gift. I was told that the company was family run. I brought a grand cherokee limited edition Silver . Beautiful outside nightmare inside my truck has been back there 15 times since I brought it. Because I trust that things would be made right. So its first issues was the day I took it home the seal had a leak in the windshield, 2 the back windows leather is puffed up, check engine light popped on and off, 4wheel drive signal is still on, i also had both rear control arms damage. Each time i was quite patiently awaiting fir things to be done right. I alway soke out side never in front of other clients. I am still paying for repairs. its so bad I had to complain to the better business burial, my air conditioner wasn't working and each time I was told to bring it back it stayed for atlease 3 to 5 days. Not having work done, finally after months we are now into May and its hot. I drove over and had a full on panic anxiety attack, due to the multiple time of dropping the truck off. I alway made a deal with the Manager to pay half for repairs I paid 1100 and truck is still not working. Be careful what you buy. Test drive it right to get a diagnosis done. Take a mechanic with you, if you are a woman and know nothing about cars Dont buy a car from here. I am currently awaiting for my next step to go to court because I would like my 1100 plus stress and anxiety 1150. If you are dealing with this issue from there contact meon here or look me up on the Better Business Bureau website. I am working on a class action suit.
