  I’ve purchased, probably 30 vehicles in my life - 4 transactions through Synergize. When we first bought from Chris is was when he had only been in business a short time and was a very small lot. He was transparent, personable, and honest. Our first purchase was a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder he had just got back from having the suspension replaced. He didn’t have time to detail it by the time we looked at it. He was a one man show in the sales department and his brother did detailing. We bought the Pathfinder, and was “as is”. Before we even left, the Pathfinder had an issue with the alarm system. He didn’t tell us that it was our problem, he told me “no problem, I will order you a key fob and get you back on the road”. Our next purchase was a 1983 Mercedes (still had the original first aid kit!). It was old, still younger than myself (hahaha), but it ran like a dream and is still running! Next purchase was us trading in our car for my all time favorite car - 2012 Dodge Challenger - LOVED this car. He was able to get me into the car with no issues - except that the license plates weren’t transferred over and my husband got put in cuffs weeks later because the plates came back as my old car. It’s a story to tell our grandkids (when/if we ever have any :) ). We recently traded our Challenger in (very reluctantly - see above reason why we didn’t want to) due to some health changes and the clutch being my biggest hurdle for my foot. We traded for a 2021 Tesla Model 3. Chris is having the front window replaced as it was broken when he got it. We noticed the next day (today) that the chip and break isn’t just with the front window, it is also the top most forward glass on the car. We are still waiting to see if Chris is going to cover this as it is a safety issue - BUT I am not stressing because he’s always been an amazing human being and honest to his core. He has grown his business to what it is today in a very short time. Why? Because he understands what people are going to demand from him and what he is capable of doing. His staff are all fantastic people. HUGE shout out to Brendan for his time, understanding, humor, and professionalism. EDIT: The windows were replaced on 10/17/2025. I will say - there is some difficulty with communication - I wish each person had their own phone numbers and then there being a main number for the store. BUT they are a busy, small lot and things can get lost if the chaos.

  Brendan and his support team were great! Easy, not pushy. I was looking for a car for my wife and didn't have anything specific in mind. They had me sign a waiver and show my ID and after that I could drive any car I wanted to test for as long as needed. Great financing. Explained everything along the way. I'll be back when I need another vehicle. Thanks Synergize team.

  Great people to work with. I’ve bought many vehicles throughout my life, and without a doubt these were the coolest and easiest people to do business with. I’m sure they’re all great, but specifically Brendan and Chris were an absolute pleasure to be around. They were honest, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. In my experience, the haggling portion of buying a car is the biggest reason why people don’t like buying from dealerships. I told them exactly where I needed to be, and instead of taking hours to negotiate, they made sure they could do it, still be profitable, and we got the deal done in under an hour. Highly recommend these folks!
