  • Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my experience and warn others about this dealership. I recently purchased a 2014 Infiniti Q50 from them, and I’ve had issues since day one. The day after I brought the car home, the brakes started making a loud noise. I contacted the dealer, and they told me to bring it back so they could fix it. They did repair it, but blamed their mechanics for the poor brake job. After taking the car home again, the very next day I noticed the AC wasn’t working—it was only blowing hot air. I called the dealer again and was told to bring the car back. After two days, they called me on 03/04/2026 to say it was ready for pickup. However, while driving on the freeway, I discovered the car has transmission issues. It gets stuck in 3rd gear and won’t shift properly. I strongly believe they were aware of this problem, especially since the salesperson, Javier, kept insisting that I purchase a $3,000 extended warranty to cover engine and transmission issues. I would be very cautious when dealing with this dealership.

  • I purchased a truck in 2018 from these guys, and they provided me with clear Carfax report, I took very good care of the truck and in 2025 decided i wanted to trade it in for something newer, but when the dealer pulled the Carfax report it showed up with a structural damage that was reported in June of 2017. I purchased the truck in May of 20418 almost a year later. So instead of getting the first offer of 12k from the dealer they brought down all the way to 4k. I don't believe that Carfax would have taken almost a year to add that to a report.
