  Very disappointing experience. I called about a Tesla that was advertised at a great price, and after I spent time researching it and planning the purchase, I was told it had already been sold. It feels like the dealership leaves attractive listings online to get people to call. Whether that’s intentional or just poor inventory management, it wasted my time. I wouldn’t recommend driving a long distance without confirming the car is actually available.

  The employees here were very helpful. Most of my experiences at dealerships were really bad where they put a lot of pressure on me to buy a car I didn’t want by bringing aggressive managers and staff. But at OC Chief there was no pressure it was the opposite.The staff are very friendly and want to make the customer happy. Joseph was the person that helped me pick out my new Tesla. Also there were no secret add-ons that we paid extra for. Also I was able to bring the Tesla back to take care of some small blemishes that I found and was taken care of.
