  Joseph was up front, kind, honest, and not pushy in the slightest. I haven't settled on a vehicle yet, but I would definitely recommend doing business with Joseph. It was really refreshing negotiating, test driving, and conversing with someone willing to share what they knew and let you know immediately when they didn't know. Great experience overall.

  I visited OC Chief Auto in Riverside on October 18th 2025 to purchase a vehicle and worked with a salesperson who was genuinely kind, professional, and eager to help. He was very new to the role, which showed at times, especially when we got into the finance portion of the contract. While he did his best, he wasn’t able to clearly explain several of the fees that appeared on the paperwork. If you plan on buying a car here, or anywhere, make sure you read every line of your contract and verify the details yourself. When I reviewed the agreement closely, I found several junk fees and unnecessary add-ons included, roughly $1000 worth, in the purchase price that had not been clearly explained upfront. The sales experience itself was positive, but the finance process required a lot of scrutiny. Always protect yourself by double-checking everything before you sign.
