  • Found this dealer on google for a van for my grandma who needed a car. Kaine reached out right away and got car ready. The car was so clean and drove well! Thank you so much for your help. My husband said Richard was very nice! Thank you for making process fast and easy for us. She is so excited to finally have a vehicle. One week update, car has had many issues so very disappointed. We have spent a lot of money on it to be fixed just 5 days in. When I first called they said they did inspection. But at this point so many things needed to be replaced that I am unsure they did. 2nd week update. Went to a Kia dealership and got evaluated after leaks continued. Said engine head gasket is failing and 12k to fix. This dealer sold us a bad vehicle. We have asked to return and is slow to action. Week 5 update, dealer replaced engine at no additional costs and has since worked good no leaks

  • I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, believing it was in good condition based on what the salesperson told me, he stated " we don't put cars out to sale with out going through a detailed inspection by the mechanic. Within days of driving it home, the car began to have serious mechanical problems. I immediately contacted the dealership to report the issues. They said for me to take the vehicle for then to look at it. While I appreciated what they fixed ( rear light bulb and a gas sensor) it did not the root cause of the issue, the car still kept pulling and making a sound like it was going to turn off I kept calling them and they refused to take responsibility or offer any repairs. What was most concerning was how they handled the situation they kept delaying communication and giving vague responses, making it seem like they were waiting for the 30-day period after purchase to expire. Once that time passed, they completely stopped responding to my calls and messages, claiming there was nothing they could do because the “warranty window” had closed. It became clear that they likely knew about the car’s issues before selling it and were trying to avoid fixing them. This experience cost me both money and peace of mind. Warning to Others: Be extremely cautious when dealing with this dealership. Get any promises about repairs or warranty coverage in writing before signing anything, and have the vehicle independently inspected before purchase. Don’t rely on their word alone. Replying to your misguided comment : First of all, it’s irrelevant how many years you’ve been selling cars — what matters is how customers are treated and how issues are handled. Clearly, not enough was done to address the existing problem, since we are still dealing with the same issue today. The 2016 Hyundai Tucson I purchased had mechanical problems from the very beginning — issues that were present before I even drove it off the lot. Your team was aware that I needed a reliable vehicle to transport clients for both of my jobs, yet it seems that urgency was taken advantage of rather than respected. I now have a vehicle that feels unsafe and unreliable, which directly impacts my ability to work and maintain professionalism with clients. It’s disappointing that this situation could have been avoided with proper inspection and honesty during the sale. It’s disappointing to experience such dishonesty and lack of accountability. I truly hope that appropriate action is taken regarding this situation, as I know I am not the only customer who has been affected. It’s unfortunate that instead of addressing these issues, the dealership continues to take advantage of hardworking people who earn their money honestly and simply expect fair treatment in return. WARNING TO OTHERS : Be extremely cautious when dealing with this dealership. Get every promise about repairs or warranties in writing before signing anything, or taking any vehicle from them and always have the vehicle independently inspected before purchase. Do not rely solely on what you’re told. Thank you.

  • Not worth it. Look elsewhere . Jerome and Marty are great sad they work here this company is not worth the aggravation. Bought a car from here had less than 30 days the transmission and fuel pump both went out had a cracked windshield that they knew about . And didn't disclose. Took my down payment and then told me to lie to the finance company about the rest . This owner is a liar and shady person. Will say anything to make the sale. Wish he was honorable and would do the right thing and cancel the contract since he falsified legal documents.
