  • Just wanted to give a huge shout out to these guys!! Jerome, my salesman was amazing! I feel like he truly cared and helped me pick out a vehicle that was going to be great on gas and comfortable for my long drive to and from work! Also Richard for working with my lack of credit and Lisa for explaining everything in great detail helping me every step of the way thru the financing process. Also a huge shout out to Marty when my vehicle needed a couple things fixed, he personally gave me a ride to and from work to make sure I still was able to continue my responsibilities while my vehicle was fixed up in a timely manner. I absolutely love my 2022 Chevy Malibu and enjoy driving her daily! I was Hopeless and ready to give up, then I was sent to Richard and David at YOU PARK WE SELL 😍 They didn’t hesitate! 2 hours later I was leaving in my Toyota Tacoma!! You guys are truly amazing!   • I'm grateful for the yes they gave me after so many nos. But it has been hell and frustrating dealing with these people over a 2014 vehicle. I lost two jobs because of them towing my car on a Wednesday during my training just get it back two days later when I actually had money, plus I had just made a payment the Monday before. So missing work Thursday and Friday I lost the Seasonal position. But was supposed to start a permanent position on May 18th it's a Monday I told Marty this. So that should tell you I don't have funds to get full coverage insurance. I asked Marty for more time to get the full coverage in the mean time i do have liability. Thinking he would relay the message to his boss. But they decided to tow the car again on 5/23. How am I supposed to get you the money if you keep repo the car over petty shit? These people here are greedy, incompetent and mean. I don't recommend them.
