  Top Quality Auto showed me the most patient and understanding way to buy a car! It was a Saturday morning, and my fiancée and I were greeted by Jason, who had such a bright smile and friendly attitude. He’s charismatic, kind, and never pushy. Just super laid-back and easy to talk to. He let us test drive the car I’d been looking at, a 2015 Volvo S60, and I immediately fell in love with it. Then we met Anthony, the financial manager, and he’s honestly a miracle worker. I don’t know how he managed to make things work with my situation, but he was patient, honest, and explained everything clearly. He answered every question I had — even the silly ones — and made sure I fully understood each step of the process. Everyone there was so kind and caring throughout the entire experience. When I picked up my car, they had done a full clean-up, changed the fluids, and made sure everything was perfect before handing it over. The detailing was absolutely amazing! The car looks incredible. The service guys were awesome too — they swapped my plates, chatted with me, and made the whole experience so pleasant from start to finish. I’m so grateful to have met and worked with such genuine people. If you’re thinking about stopping by or buying a car from them, do it — you won’t be disappointed! (I took the photos the next day, she is so very pretty!!)

  Jason and Anthony were very professional and helpful in showing the vehicle and helping the financial aspect of the deal. They took care of everything and I did not have to lift a finger. I would definitely recommend them and also purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes.
