It was a Saturday morning, and my fiancée and I were greeted by Jason, who had such a bright smile and friendly attitude. He’s charismatic, kind, and never pushy. Just super laid-back and easy to talk to. He let us test drive the car I’d been looking at, a 2015 Volvo S60, and I immediately fell in love with it. Then we met Anthony, the financial manager, and he’s honestly a miracle worker. I don’t know how he managed to make things work with my situation, but he was patient, honest, and explained everything clearly. He answered every question I had — even the silly ones — and made sure I fully understood each step of the process. Everyone there was so kind and caring throughout the entire experience. When I picked up my car, they had done a full clean-up, changed the fluids, and made sure everything was perfect before handing it over. The detailing was absolutely amazing! The car looks incredible. The service guys were awesome too — they swapped my plates, chatted with me, and made the whole experience so pleasant from start to finish.
