  • I was sold a microwave that was described as brand new inside the box no dents or damaged . Received microwave after opening the microwave the microwave is completely dented . When I call they say they are not responsible for dents. Very dishonest people . Buy at another appliance location. This place appliance depot of obt will take your money run and not help. Very bad experience and customer service .

  • I bought a brand new scratch/dent Samsung refrigerator from these guys. Found the listing on craigslist. They had sold the refrigerator. I wanted but recommended another one they had which was much better for my family. They actually responded on a Sunday. They were very friendly the delivery fee was very fair due to I live about 35 miles from their store so that would be a 70 mile round-trip. The Delivery driver was amazing, polite, friendly, highly accommodating. I will definitely be shopping with these folks again.

  • Awesome place to buy appliances. They have everything. I found the best price right here for my Samsung fridge. They have new open box and used. They were helpful and do delivery and installation. Highly recommend if you are looking for an appliance store in the Orlando and Central Florida region.
